President and CEO of COMTO dies

Julie Cunningham led Conference of Minority Transportation Officials since 2001 Cunningham Tributes rolled in for Julie Cunningham, president and CEO of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials, following her death June 24 after a long illness. Cunningham, 59, had led the organization since 2001.
